Come enjoy our beauty and wellness institute "ZENAO" located inside the Van der Valk Hotel Liège Congrès. A space entirely dedicated to body and mind care, combining sensory journeys, the art of massage, and personalized advice.
Treat yourself to a moment of pure relaxation with our wide range of exclusive treatments: massage (Oriental, Polynesian, Ayurvedic, Balinese, for expectant mothers, heated shell massages, lymphatic drainage), body scrubs, facials, body & facial hair removal, eyelash & eyebrow tinting, lash lifting, manicure and pedicure, semi-permanent nail polish application, relaxing leg treatment, purifying back treatment, spray tan, foot reflexology, teen treatments, treatments for children and/or parents…
All treatments must be booked in advance, both for hotel residents and external clients.
Everything is arranged for your relaxation and well-being. Bonus: access to the wellness area (indoor pool, Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, jacuzzi, and outdoor terrace) is offered to external clients upon the purchase of a treatment of at least 1 hour.
All our treatments can be done in one of our duo treatment rooms, depending on availability. Please mention this when making your reservation.
For your comfort, we ask that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes early at the reception of the Zenao beauty and wellness center in Liège. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot lead to an extension of your treatment, and its duration will be charged.
Calm and tranquility are expected. Management reserves the right to exclude anyone whose behavior disrupts the peace and does not respect other clients.

What are the options for accessing the wellness area:
ZENAO: You book for 1 hour of treatment (you have access to the wellness area after your treatment). HOTEL: Hotel resident (you have access from check-in to check-out). KINEO: Subscribers (you have access for the duration of your subscription). RESERVED HOURS FOR TREATMENTS
Tuesday to Saturday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Monday: 10 AM – 2 PM (by reservation only).
Sunday: 10 AM – 4 PM (by reservation only).
